ZONEMATE has three threaded sockets on each side, one for each chamber. This is where the heating appliance is typically connected. On the top of ZONEMATE, are three inlets. One for air separation and the other two can be used for zones, sensors, dosing, and cold feed. The bottom of ZONEMATE are feeds and returns for the required heating zones.

Along with the other features the manifold acts as a hydronic separator. It allows for the coldest water in the system to be returned to the boiler while the hottest water feeds the system. The allows for the boiler to work at its maximum efficiency.
